Biography
Rebecca was enticed by the more relaxed country lifestyle to move her young family back to Warwick to join Maxwell Solicitors in 2010 and in February 2013 Rebecca took over full ownership of the law practice which now operates as Maxwell & Lancaster Solicitors.
Rebecca practices in the areas of Property Law, Commercial Law, Family Law and Estate Planning and Administration and oversees the practice of a team of 12 full time and part time employees.
Rebecca is approachable and prides herself on her realistic and practical legal advice. Rebecca works with her clients to identify their ultimate goals and to explore the options available in each situation, she believes in real people giving you real answers.
Qualifications
Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Business from the Queensland University of Technology and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Australian National University; she is admitted as a Solicitor in Queensland and is recognised on the High Court Register of Practitioners. As well as her professional pursuits, Rebecca is an active member of our Warwick Community, donating her time and professional expertise to a number of community organisations.
